Making Your First Deposit

Depositing funds at Mahjong365 is as easy as rolling the dice:

  • Login to the client
  • Click the “My Account” button
  • Click on the Deposit tab
  • Select the deposit option of your choice and follow the step-by-step instructions

Withdraw Your Winnings

It’s as easy to withdraw as it is to deposit:

  • Login to the client
  • Click the “My Account” button
  • Click on the Withdrawal tab
  • Select the withdrawal option and follow the step-by-step instructions

Note: Withdrawals are first processed back to the method(s) used to deposit. If your winnings exceed your total deposits, you can withdraw your money using the

payment options listed below.

Set Deposit Limits

We believe you should be able to manage your own budget for playing Mahjong. You can restrict your weekly deposit limits. This function is available under the “My Account” tab in the client. Please also read our Responsible Gaming section on the site.

Payment Policy

Withdrawal Policy

At Mahjong365, we believe our players should be able to withdraw funds from their accounts as easily as they can make deposits.

  • The payee name entered for withdrawal must match the name registered on your player account.
  • You can only make one withdrawal per day.
  • You can only withdraw money using the same payment method as your deposit method.
  • Withdrawals to MasterCard, JCB, and Visa are not possible.

KYC Process

To protect our players from fraudulent activities during the withdrawal process, we require identification verification to process withdrawals.
Players are required to provide identification copies in the following situations:

  • The requested withdrawal amount exceeds Mahjong365’s withdrawal policy limit
  • The deposit and withdrawal methods differ
  • There are discrepancies between the withdrawal request and the registered information on the player’s account
  • The player has changed their initially registered details

To complete this process, please send us copies of:

1. Personal Identification – one photo ID from the following list:

  • Passport
  • Driving license
  • National identification card (photographic)
  • Citizenship certificate

2. Address Verification – one of the following:

  • Utility bill (less than 3 months old)
  • Tax bill
  • Bank statement (less than 3 months old)

3. Source of Payment Verification – one of the following:

  • Registered credit or debit card (front only)
  • Credit or debit card statement for a card registered on your player account (less than 3 months old)
  • Bank statement showing a transaction or card number (less than 3 months old)

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Documents must be clear, legible, and include your username or telephone/account ID. If this is not the case, processing time may be delayed, and your account may be temporarily suspended.
  • Email scans in JPEG or GIF file formats only, with a maximum size of 10MB per page.
  • For your personal security, please blank out all digits except the last four of your account or card numbers. The start and expiry dates must be visible.
  • Please send documents that show your residential address. Documents addressed to a P.O. Box are not accepted for validation.

In some cases, we may require that all documents be certified as true copies of the originals by a professionally qualified community figure. Documents can be certified by any of the following:

  • Lawyer / solicitor
  • Accountant / bank manager
  • Town clerk or civil servant (including police, fire, or military officers)
  • Doctor / dentist / pharmacist
  • Teacher or professor

Each document must be signed individually by the certifier, who must include their name, signature, and rank/title. They must certify that the document they have seen is the original.
